By leveraging alternative pricing models like True Cash Discount, Dual Pricing, and the Surcharge approach, this innovative program aims to empower businesses to eliminate up to 100% of their credit card processing expenses.

Dual Pricing

  • A merchant offers both a cash and credit price.
  • No fees are added to the transaction at the point of sale.
  • Merchant lists both cash and credit price.
  • Gas stations have been offering this model for over a decade.

True Cash Discount (TCD)

  • When a merchant incentivizes a customer with a discount if paying with cash.
  • Discount amount is determined by the merchant.
  • The credit card terminal will calculate the discount for the cashier.
  • Merchant saves 100% of their credit card processing fees

Surcharging

  • When a merchant charges a fee accept a credit card but does not impose a fee on either a PIN or signature debit card.
  • Surcharge fees are limited to the 3%
  • Depending on the merchant’s card mix, they could save as much as 100%
